Out Of Hours Service
We provide a 24 hour emergency call out service to our RSL clients with a designated single point
of contact for tenants to reach, regardless of trade repair required.
This service includes window board ups, lock changes, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and
general assistance where required. All our staff recognises, and are fully trained to understand
the importance of this service, focusing on the tenants needs and providing all necessary information
and service to ensure the tenant feels safe and secure in their home until a permanent repair comes into effect.
We make sure good communication takes place with both the client and tenant and ensure that detailed feedback is
given to the client in order that any further permanent works can be instructed.
