We have a dedicated maintenance team who deal with reactive maintenance repairs, concentrating on response
times- we work closely with our clients to achieve a multi-trade service that meets their targets of quality and timescales.
Especially since the introduction of key performance indicators, response times set must be adhered to accordingly. This is
achieved by our team through good organisation and communication skills- all vehicles are satellite tracked which allows the
works controller to see at a glance who is closest to an urgent repair. A high stock of relevant material is held to reduce
travelling time; in-depth planning of jobs utilising our bespoke IT repairs system along with good communication with tenants,
reduces no access visits.
